Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to purchases made through our online store at snogboutique.com. It is intended to help you understand the delivery and return process when shopping with us. Please note that this policy does not apply to purchases made at our physical store.

2. Shipping Information

Delivery Fee
Standard delivery within South Africa is charged at R75. Orders over R600 qualify for free delivery.

Surcharge for Outlying Areas
A R300 surcharge applies to deliveries to the following types of locations:

  • Mines

  • Government buildings

  • Farms

  • Game reserves

  • Remote or outlying areas

We will contact you prior to dispatch if your address falls within one of these categories.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may be longer for remote locations or during busy periods. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery Address Requirements
Please provide a physical address where someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery during business hours. If delivering to a business, include the company name and the recipient’s full name.


 

3. Delivery Limitations

  • No Delivery to P.O. Boxes: A physical address is required for all deliveries.

  • No Address Changes After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect the parcel.


 

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet our return conditions.

4.1 Return Conditions To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Include valid proof of purchase

  • Be pre-approved via email at hello@snogboutique.com
    (Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.)

4.2 Promotional Items
Items purchased during a promotion or sale are eligible for return, but refunds will be issued in the form of a store voucher, redeemable online or in-store.


 

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Snog Boutique is not liable for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.


 

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you wish to swap an item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item online

Please note that stock cannot be reserved, so we encourage placing your new order as soon as possible.


 

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Snog Boutique cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
