Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Overview

This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to customers purchasing from Snog Boutique’s online store, snogboutique.com, for deliveries and returns within South Africa. This policy applies only to online purchases and does not extend to purchases made in our physical store.

2. Delivery Information

  • Delivery Cost: Delivery within South Africa costs R120. Please note that deliveries to rural areas, game reserves, and mines may incur additional charges.
  • Delivery Locations: We deliver only within South Africa. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at hello@snogboutique.com.
  • Delivery Time Frames: Once dispatched, deliveries are expected within 3-7 working days. Orders to rural areas, game reserves, or mines may require additional delivery time. Delivery times are guidelines and do not account for potential delays beyond our control.
  • Delivery Address: Please provide an address where someone is available to sign for the parcel during office hours. If a business address is provided, include the business name and receiver’s name.

3. Delivery Restrictions

  • No Delivery to PO Boxes: Our couriers require a signature upon delivery, so we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Delivery Location Changes: Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect the parcel.

4. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Snog Boutique strives to ensure customer satisfaction. If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt, provided it meets our return requirements outlined below.

4.1. Return Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Proof of purchase must be included.
  • Tags must remain attached to the item.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Returns or exchanges must be arranged by contacting us at hello@snogboutique.com. We do not accept unsolicited returns.

4.2. Returns of Promotional Items

Items purchased on promotion are eligible for return, but refunds will be issued as store vouchers redeemable both online and in-store.

5. Refund Payments

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please note, Snog Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by your banking institution.

6. Exchanges or Replacements

Currently, our system does not allow for direct exchanges or replacements. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return it for a refund and then purchase the replacement item online. We recommend shopping for your replacement promptly, as we cannot reserve stock.
