This document sets out the Terms & Conditions when of purchasing on snogboutique.com and is applicable to South African customers only.
SNOG Boutique reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.
This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from the SNOG Boutique retail store. SNOG Boutique cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of the SNOG Boutique retail store or snogboutique.com

DELIVERY COST
Delivery within South Africa is R99.
Please note, deliveries to rural areas, game reserves and mines may increase the delivery cost.
We only deliver within South Africa.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
snogboutique.com delivers only to addresses within South Africa. Should you wish to have items shipped outside of South Africa, please contact us at hello@snogboutique.com
Please Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes as our shipping providers require a signature upon receipt.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Goods purchased on snogboutique.com will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address and be delivered by our couriers within 3-7 working days after dispatch.
Please note, deliveries to rural areas, game reserves and mines may add additional days to the delivery time frames.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or circumstances beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please provide an address where there will be someone to receive your purchase during office hours as our courier requires a signature upon receipt. If a work address is provided, the courier requires the business and receivers’ names.
Once an order has been dispatched, SNOG Boutique is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.
IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
You are welcome to return or exchange your products in-store provided they meet our criteria to be elligible for return or exchange provided you meet the return requirements below.
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under South African Consumer Law.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
SNOG Boutique wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on snogboutique.com, you are entitled to a refund within 15 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
– Proof of purchase needs to be included
– Tags attached
– Garment or item in original condition, including unused, unworn and unwashed.
– For all returns requests please send a detailed email to hello@snogboutique.com to make arrangements. SNOG Boutique does not accept returns sent separately.
RETURNS OF GOODS PURCHASED ON PROMOTION
Any goods that have been purchased on a promotion can be returned for a store voucher that may be redeemed in-store or online

REFUND PAYMENTS
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment, within 5 business days of SNOG Boutique receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to the provided email address at the time of the transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: SNOG Boutique cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.
EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS
Our online system unfortunately cannot handle exchanges and replacements, but you can return items for a refund and in the meantime shop for a more suitable item online. Alternatively, you can return your items, wait for your refund and then shop for a more suitable item online.
It is the safer option to immediately shop your replacement since we cannot reserve any stock and in the popular styles or items, the stock might not be available later.
